Last night we met some friends for Cinco de Mayo, a holiday I am told that is only celebrated in a small area of Mexico, but by a lot of people here judging by the parking situation at the restaurant.We went to Solea Mexican Grill and the food was delicious, but I would have to say the margaritas were even better. I used to really like strawberry margaritas, but now I think they are too sweet. Regular on the rocks is my pick. Solea has the best margaritas, but theirs are pink. I was told that they add a splash of wine - and that accounts for the unique flavor and pinkish color.
